Askari Patrol · RFID guard monitoring
Verify Every
Patrol.
Every checkpoint scan is identified, timed, and uploaded automatically -- so “the guard did the round” stops being something you take on faith.

The problem
The problem Askari Patrol was built to solve“Paper patrol logs can be filled in from the guardroom. A JWM checkpoint scan can't.”
What it takes
What a patrol runs on
Three pieces of hardware, and nothing for the guard to log into. We configure the reader, mount the tags around your site, and train the team on the round.

The handheld reader
A rugged RFID reader the guard carries for the whole shift. Every scan is confirmed on screen and out loud, so nobody has to wonder whether it registered.

Guard tags
One tag per guard. Scanning it at the start of a round records exactly who walked it -- not just that somebody did.

Checkpoint tags
Fixed at each point on the route -- gates, stores, stairwells, perimeter corners. No power, no wiring, nothing to maintain.
How a patrol works
What happens on a round
Five steps, the same on every shift. Step through them below -- each one is what the guard actually does, and what the system records while they do it.

Step 1 of 5
Power on the device
The guard switches the reader on at the start of the shift. It registers itself and is ready to scan -- there is no app to open and no password to remember.
Screen reads REGISTERING
Step 2 of 5
Scan the guard tag
Every guard carries their own tag. Scanning it stamps the round with who is on duty, before a single checkpoint counts towards it.
Screen confirms STORED
Step 3 of 5
Scan the first checkpoint
Holding the reader to a checkpoint tag opens the patrol session. The tag needs no power and no wiring -- it only has to be where it was mounted.
The round is now open
Step 4 of 5
Walk the route, tag to tag
The guard moves through the site scanning each checkpoint in turn. Every scan is stored with its time and its place in the order, so the route is recorded the way it was actually walked.
10-minute window between scans
Step 5 of 5
Upload to the monitoring system
When the round finishes, the data uploads to the Askari Patrol monitoring system. From there you can check any guard or any site whenever you want, and pull performance reports for both.
Reports on guards and sites
The monitoring system
Where the proof lands
Every scan a guard makes uploads here. It is the same screen your own manager uses, so when a client asks what happened last night, the answer is already on it.
Every round, on record
Each scan arrives with the guard who made it, the checkpoint tag, and the time -- listed per site and filterable by date.
Check any guard, any time
Look up a shift the morning after, or last month, without asking anyone to write a report about it.
Export what you need
Pull the records out as a file when a client, an insurer or an investigation asks for them.
What you get
Built for accountability on both sides
Your own managers get a straight answer about what happened on a shift. Your clients get one they can check themselves.
Continuous Verification
The 10-minute rule means a guard can't scan once and disappear -- the system only trusts a route that was actually walked.
Undeniable Proof
Every checkpoint requires a physical RFID scan -- nothing to fill in after the fact.
Live Map & Performance Score
See guard counts and a per-site performance score at a glance, not in a weekly PDF.
White-Label Ready
Put your own logo and colors on the client-facing dashboard -- it runs under your brand.
Reports Clients Trust
Audit-ready patrol records a client's own security manager can verify directly.
Manage Every Site & Shift
Sites, guards, tags and shift schedules, all from one dashboard.
Audit-Ready Always
Every patrol is scored valid or invalid automatically, against the same rule, every time.
Free Demo Install
We place the tags, configure the device, and train your guards on-site.
What it means for your business
Stop managing security on trust
Stop managing on trust
Replace "I'm sure they did it" with a timestamped record of exactly where and when.
Catch problems live
A missed checkpoint shows up on the map immediately, not in next month's review.
Objective performance scoring
Every guard is scored against the same rule -- no favoritism, no disputes.
Built-in guard accountability
Guards know every round is verified, which changes behavior before it changes reports.
